THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Nesting or simple sectioning
The first machining process for any component will always be cutting. Whether it is a punched component, coming from laser cutting of tubular or sheet metal for metals, or wood components resulting from nesting sectioning complete with top-hole machining, or simple squared components, RED has state-of-the-art machinery to deal with the first production process and offer each customer a service suitable for the project and the standards that are required.
Folding
Edging
Although there are no written rules that are the same for everyone, RED normally handles as a second production process that of bending in the case of sheet metal and derivatives, or that of edging for wooden components. Thanks to the use of a double line of both bending and edgebanding machines, numbers have never been such an easy problem to solve. Starting from small batches, all the way up to large numbers, one partner will be at your service in order management.
Welding
Drilling
We then complete the internal production cycle through welding and drilling processes. Services for which RED has qualified personnel capable of carefully handling these crucial steps. Thanks to an in-house robot and skilled workers, more welding will not be a problem. With the use of 3 modern machining centers, one of which is 5-axis, any component will be handled with the utmost attention to detail. Folding work, even on metal tubulars, is the order of the day for better results and low prices.
Painting
The only process for which RED makes use of a carefully selected external chain is currently painting. Daily loading and unloading trips ensure that the right processing times are maintained. Selected suppliers and compliance with ecological regulations ensure a finished component that is always certifiable to the highest standards. Custom colors are always a topic of discussion for every project. Select your shade with us!
Goods preparation
In line and in agreement with the needs of each customer, RED has an internal packaging chain that will take care of a final quality control, and then turn to the preparation of packages. Whether the items are to be assembled, with or without packaging, each customer will have the opportunity to deal with the in-house planning department, which will recommend the best solution for the proper handling of transportation.
